My first time booking something like this up and it took about one hour. Used youtube to help put it together. It’s very heavy so I recommend using a bucket to hold it up. Wayfair delivered the wrong item at first but then sent me the correct one without a hassle. I know I can always count on Wayfair to make it right! These vintage style door levers are constructed of diecast and come in a beautiful finish. They feature a heavy weighted casting design and unique Silencer bushings for smooth operation. This set of levers is designed for indoor use only, and it includes one 2-3/4 inch steel spindle, and one 3-5/8 inch steel spindle with 3/8 inch-20 threads. These French style levers fit 1/4 inch square drive spindle systems commonly found in antique and vintage door hardware sets, and with the two (2) provided square spindles, it can adjust to accommodate doors of different thicknesses. The lever shanks include setscrews for fastening to the square spindles. All other components of matching vintage design must be purchased separately to include the internal mortise lock body, the door rosettes, the trim and strike plates, or the latch and fasteners. Note: These levers cannot be used on pre-bored doors that have large, newer style doorknob holes without first prepping them to receive this older-style hardware. Installation tip: Because the fasteners of the rosettes (purchased separately) require a solid surface to mount to, the large 2-1/8 inch (approximate size) holes must first be filled with a hardening filler, to then be able to receive the rosette fasteners. Products like Fix-It-All and Bondo Body Filler have worked well for some, but care must be used to avoid damaging any prefinished door surfaces during application and finishing.

I ordered these deadbolts in both the Venetian and Oil Rubbed Bronze finish to match the Baldwin “tube double dummy door lever with contemporary round rose” and the “passage door” lever in Venetian bronze. It’s hard to tell from the photos which deadbolt finish (Venetian or Oil Rubbed Bronze) would be a better match for these levers. I have yet to receive the Venetian Bronze but will update with photos with my feedback. So far, the ORB finish seems like a close match. The faucet is handsome, but the product photography doesn't illustrate important elements- there is a red and blue dot under the moveable control. The set screw for this is located in such a way, that if you install it so it's hidden, you will have a non-traditional arrangement: hot on the right and cold on the left. Also I'm not sure what's causing this, but the faucet makes a noise when running that sounds like someone above you is using a hair dryer. I've never had a faucet make a noise like this one...
