I've owned my Broil King Pellet for several years and have tried my friend's low-cost smokers and they simply don't compare. Other reviews mention auger jams but this can be avoided by not overfilling with pellets and removing your excess pellets after cooking - I have friends who run into auger jams on their smokers and its because they forget that the auger is already half loaded from their last cook. It’s a beautiful mirror and was exactly what we wanted. Unfortunately, after only six months, four of the 12 frames have started to detach. They adhere to the frame by 9 spots of adhesive per pane, and one has detached from at least 4 spots, and three others from at least 3 spots. The reason I know they adhere by 9 spots is because Perigold sent us a replacement after we reported that issue, and that one arrived with one of the panes already completely detached and loose in the packaging, at which point we just gave up and took a refund.
