We still need to add a little wood filler, stains and paint to cover a small bit of the hole in the door at the top of the handle. This went on my interior laundry roommudroom door. Due to humidity and occasional dampness, the old, cheap knobs would become hard to turn. I have issues with arthritis in my hands. This is so easy to use compared to the round knobs. For the price, I expected a lot more. The "gear" that is shown in the photo is tiny and you hardly notice it. It was also difficult to hang and my contractor had to ask me to hold up one side for him to get the other side up. This was painful because the cabinet was in the way. Almost immediately after hanging it, I saw another mirror/tilt (can't remember if it was arched or not) on line which seemed the same, for hundreds of dollars less which was upsetting. Great inexpensive handles, practical, and ADA-compliant. I bought 6 handles for our school’s new location (that was under construction). These 6 handles from Wayfair (3 with locks, 3 without locks) were cheaper than the price of 3 of similar style handles that I bought from Ace Hardware. Our initial inspection failed, because our contractor had installed other handles with twist-button locks, so I replaced them with these handles with push-button locks - for half the price!
