This the second toilet seat I have received. I ordered 1 Guinevere 1.28 GPF Floor mounted BIDET with toilet seat. The actual BIDET has yet to be delivered. I contacted Wayfair several days ago about this problem. I as assured the toilet would be delivered by freight. I again received a delivery (today) of another toilet seat only. They have no lift cords and are easy to raise and lower with a light touch. They are designed to offer comfort with privacy, insulation for lower utility bills and sound absorbtion.

These are perfect. I get so many compliments, and they look custom. The sheer section allows us to look out the window without people being able to see in, and the blackout section is perfect for overnight and when we get direct sun.
