My first time booking something like this up and it took about one hour. Used youtube to help put it together. It’s very heavy so I recommend using a bucket to hold it up. They heat up quick when you need it and the barely there simmer level is really good. They cool fast as expected from induction, really easy to clean up messes. The quality of this item was excellent but unfortunately I didn’t get the unlaquered brass like I ordered which was a huge bummer after waiting since August.
