A very good range/stove that we have used for the last year. It has a few idiosyncrasies to which we have become accustomed. The clock is ridiculously hard to set. We have to look it up every time the time/date changes. There is no automated option. No smart connection for this unit at all, which is a plus and a minus. The power is insanely good. It can boil water so fast. The oven is very even. The unit feels solid. Placing a pot on an unused hob will result in a clicking noise that happens every few seconds. At first this drove me nuts, but now it's fine. The induction is fairly loud, especially when placed at a high level. The stainless steel scratches fairly easily. At first this was annoying, but now it's a kind of patina. This thing gets some serious use daily and I'm okay with it. Delivery was uneventful. I did need to make some mods to my electrical outlet but that was no big deal. Cost me $200 to get an electrician out. Make sure you have the outlets and plugs that you want/need in advance.. Adam. Don’t purchase!!! I had this delivered on 8/27/2023, I had it installed on the same day. 2 weeks later it does not work. The lights don’t turn on and the hood blower does not turn on. I would not expect this from. $2k item. I called wayfair, they say to call zephyr. I called Zephyr, it took a whole week to get someone on the phone. You have the longest hold times. You ask for a return call know one calls you back. I finally got thru after being on hold for 7 hours. Unbelievable!!! I finally got a technician to call me to ask me , what’s wrong with it”? I told him the message that’s blinking on the hood screen and he asks , so do you need parts ? What ?! How am I supposed to know. Oh my goodness. That’s why I’m calling him, to figure this out. Honestly save your money and your time. I will never purchase from wayfair again. I will update this review, the very helpful technician that is asking me if I need parts is suppose to come to my home tomorrow, therefore I need to miss work to wait for him.
