You ask for a return call know one calls you back. I finally got thru after being on hold for 7 hours. Unbelievable!!! I finally got a technician to call me to ask me , what’s wrong with it”? I told him the message that’s blinking on the hood screen and he asks , so do you need parts ? What ?! How am I supposed to know. Oh my goodness. That’s why I’m calling him, to figure this out. Honestly save your money and your time. I will never purchase from wayfair again. I will update this review, the very helpful technician that is asking me if I need parts is suppose to come to my home tomorrow, therefore I need to miss work to wait for him. With the purchase of the separately sold 0.5 NPSM connecting tubes, the rough-in valve is adjustable for various spreads, enabling you to customize your bathroom space. This item is beautiful and works great. Please be aware that the antique brass faucet is not ribbed like the picture. It is the same as all the other faucet pictures except with the antique brass finish. We like it that way - much nicer than the ribbed version.
