This part that they advertise has been discontinued by Leviton for quite some time, but hasn't been removed from their website. Instead they send you a different p/n which I have asked to be returned and refunded. Since they use a third party, and after submitting photos of what I ordered and what they actually sent; no response has been issued. Their customer service is lacking as far as I'm concerned.. Good design and product quality, easy to install since it replaces a Clean Touch model so plumbing already connected and a no fault ground plug already wired in. Twenty five minutes to install. I did add a shower style water filter since I have hard water and with no filter it would clog up and destroy the bidet water heating element.
