The rack layout makes it easier to organize everything and nothing tips over or shifts around. Performance has been solid everytime even with heavier meals, the dishes come out spotless. The auto open dry feature actually makes a difference too since everything comes out dry and ready to put away. It also runs really quiet which I love! It is well built with a stainless steel interior but unfortunately the outside seems like it can but scratched up so be careful! Although it isn’t a big deal to us since it’s just cosmetic.
