We obviously love the couch. Wouldn’t have purchased it if we didn’t. Alex the delivery guy and partner were awesome. However, upon the arrival and unwrapping the couch, we notice a small scratch in the leather. No fault of the delivery team. The only issue we have was the two day delay of delivery after the week window it was promised. The weather was great on that Monday and Tuesday, but Wednesday it snowed . This is a wonderful loveseat and fits in our somewhat narrow family room nicely. We also have the matching couch and love this set. It has both rocking and reclining features as well as lumbar support and head rest adjustability. It has a storage cabinet which helps keep remotes from getting lost. The wireless charger is nice but what I really love is the soft leather and ease of cleaning it. We spent a long time looking for a couch/loveseat combo. I was nervous about ordering online.
