Commercial outlets are manufactured to withstand the demands of commercial and institutional applications. These outlets provide long-lasting service life and are a cost-saving alternative to industrial devices.

This part that they advertise has been discontinued by Leviton for quite some time, but hasn't been removed from their website. Instead they send you a different p/n which I have asked to be returned and refunded. Since they use a third party, and after submitting photos of what I ordered and what they actually sent; no response has been issued. Their customer service is lacking as far as I'm concerned..
