This part that they advertise has been discontinued by Leviton for quite some time, but hasn't been removed from their website. Instead they send you a different p/n which I have asked to be returned and refunded. Since they use a third party, and after submitting photos of what I ordered and what they actually sent; no response has been issued. Their customer service is lacking as far as I'm concerned.. One caveat...on the towel bars, the bar itself rolls around and placing the end pieces as close as possible on the wall, ie to 'squeeze' the bar, does not keep it from spinning around. We are planning to put some silicone or putty type material inside where bar end enters into the wall mount to keep it from spinning.
