Gerber isnt as well-known a brand as some others, but when I was shopping for fixtures for a full bathroom, it was carried by a local, highly-respected plumbing supply store, and I wound up choosing them for their design. Now that Im redoing the kitchen, I especially looked for their options. Im glad I did, because it looks great. Its a tad shorter than other similar options, which is a good thing for my application. We spent a lot of time looking for just the right kitchen faucet as we remodel our older, new home kitchen to boot. This is a full size faucet - the title made me worried it was small since it was labeled for a camper or laundry but it's normal size. It's also pretty great! First, my plumber actually complemented me on it, said he was prepared to hate it as he does most of the sensor faucets but he really likes it, it was an easy enough install with ok instructions and it actually does what it says it will, the sensor works well for turning on and off and it does display the water temperature. Overall this is a very nicely built unit. Heavy duty, all metal construction in the body, spring, and sprayer handle. The on-off handle is easy to use and adjust, and operates smoothly. The hardware and hoses included seem to be nice quality, although I hate when companies use metric on one end (the faucet end) and SAE on the other end (the water line hookup). My only critiques are the following: The sprayer button was NOT intuitive and while it appears to push IN, flicks up/down to change between sprayer modes. The other is that the spring is extremely stiff and therefore doesn't allow the nozzle to go much lower than the holder. The image of the brushed stainless makes the faucet appear much darker than it really is. The photo I posted is of the brushed finish in an IKEA DOMSJO double basin sink. You will also notice the handle is at a 45° angle. I had to install this way because at full-cold the handle hit my backsplash. I was sceptacle at first, but after a few weeks of use I think it actually makes for a nice ergonomic installation.. Daniel. Denver, CO. Sun Feb 14 2016
