Came very well packaged. Sink material is nice and thick has large insulation pad things what ever those spots are called to reduce noise. Love the look and all the accessories that are included in this sink. The quality is good. My only complaint is the fall, or slope of the sink from the left side to the drain is very low. Water drains fine, but if you plan on installing a food disposal, you will need to push any food debris down to the right side. If you use the included rack in the bottom of the sink, that makes it a bit tougher to do, so plan on a powerful faucet sprayer to assist you. This is an inspired and not your everyday under-mount kitchen sink with a unique shape. A large full bowl for maximum function, and large bakeware or cookware. It has a slight pitch to the bottom of the basin for superior drainage. The sink comes with an included bottom grid which helps water to run below dishes. It also includes our colander drain with it's a deeper basket for collecting food scraps and watertight lid.

Just installed my new sink and it looks amazing! My old sink had two sides and two drains, one with a garbage disposal. This single basin one is so much better. No more food going down the non garbage disposal side. Just a warning- the sink is very heavy. Took two of us to hold it and get into position to mount. I chose the under sink mount. If you do this as well make sure you get some heavy duty under sink mount bars to hold it up. It is heavy! A standard garbage disposal fits fine on it. If you go that route you do not need the included drain assembly. The white looks nice and the included rack for the bottom is a nice feature. Will help protect from dishes dropping in sink. The best workstation sinks I could ever buy. Everything came in the box just as advertised and I find every accessory super useful. The only thing I was surprised about was how heavy the wooden chopping blocks are, including the one with a hole in it to accommodate the bowls.
