This convertible chaise is great. I've seen some complaints about the cover material. I'm not sure what those costumers are looking at. This piece is made of dense memory foam. It needs 24-36 hours to stabilize. Open your box, follow the directions and then be patient. You will be very glad you did. Use the last 5% of the expansion to fit the zip on covers. Wait too long and it's like zipping an over stuffed suitcase. Regardless, it can be done. I'm really excited for this new piece for the house. I took a star off because of how long it took to assemble and the fact that one of the metal rods had two incorrectly shaped holes - oval instead of circular - forcing us to have to use a special metal drilling saw to correct the holes in order to make the bolts fit through. I requested cancellation less than a day after purchase due to finding a cheaper price elsewhere, and it was not honored. I even called Customer-Service and spoke with a very nice agent, who assured me that despite the emails from Wayfair that inexplicably suggested I had already received the cushion in question, a shipping label hadn't even been created yet and I would likely get a Cancellation confirmation email the next business day. Wayfair Corporation is literally worth billions of dollars; they absolutely could have cancelled the purchase and refunded a cushion worth less than $80. I'm only 1 charmingly poor person who according to my Dr. needed a spine-friendly cushion to sit on, so I know my ire at this situation and not being a return customer is utterly worthless to Wayfair; still, I will definitely never shop here again and will also tell people why..
