This balance beam comes folded in a box just pull it out and start using it. It comes with a storage bag and the balance beam has handles and I love that it folds in half. We got it to add to home made obstacle courses and my son loves it. It’s nice that it is so low to the ground for little ones to practice balance and agility. I thought the top surface would be larger. It’s hard to get close to your lap The arm rest are nice. And although I measured it doesn’t fit my couch to well. I can make it work but a challenge. Make sure you measure. On a better note it’s made well and is very soft. To make it higher there are snaps. Very hard to snap.
