Do not, I repeat, Do not get the ‘GE Installation’ service with this appliance. Even if you buy an installation kit. The technician will come in, excuse in hand, and will tell you that any dust, or light green on the gas pipe disallows them to service the installation. (When plumbers test for gas leaks upon installation they spray a little water on the line, leading to a light green) Be ready with your own plumber on the day of delivery. Love this stove! I have wanted a gas stove for a while now. We got this and had the gas line hooked up. I love the way it looks in my kitchen. The burners look great and it has 5 of them. The one on the front right is a double burner. The middle one can be used with a griddle but you will have to buy that separately. The oven heats up very fast and I love the one rack that extends out so you don't have to pull the rack out to check your food. You can do it right there. It cooks very evenly and I have had no problems. To set the oven temp you use one of the nobs, this is different for me and will take some getting used to but not terrible, just different. You can use the timer to set it for your food to where the oven turns off when it is done. So glad I got this stove, it is wonderful!. Michelle. KY. Mon Jul 15 2024
