I gave this four stars because it arrived in a smashed box and the mount and arm were not attached. It took a while to put them together. This chair is actually very comfortable, and I can sit for much longer compared to my old one. The mesh wasn’t my favorite at first since I prefer softer fabric, but I got used to it and now it’s fine. The 6D armrests were a bit annoying in the beginning because they move a lot, but once I figured them out, they became easy to use. The massage uses small rolling balls, not a real massage chair but still a nice extra. The heating is mild but adds some comfort. We really love the desk, especially the rollout keyboard tray. The issues when putting it together was when connecting the bottom base to the two side bars. The tolerances are so tight I had a problem placing the side bars into base. Also, the wrench to connect the wheels to the base was missing.
