Grossly disappointed. We waited 12 weeks for this piece. The stock photo is absolutely stunning. What arrived was less than perfect and certainly not what the stock photo represents. The component box didn’t have a hole in it for the wires as shown in the stock photos. The opening between the component box and the arch was so small because they clearly missed adding an entire panel that should sit flat underneath the wood topper between the component box and the arch. The metal components underneath were soldered by a five-year-old. You can see the cracks in some of the images. In order to replace, I would have to wait an additional 12 weeks without any guarantee that I wouldn’t get the same debauchery that arrived the first time. I opted to return it and get a refund.
