This is probably the most impressive piece of gym equipment I’ve ever used. It has every workout any person could ever want and it’s fully modular. This was a breeze to apply. Simply shook the container to mix the contents and then applied with a paint roller. Avoided work during direct sunlight hours. Re-applied until the container was empty. Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports.
