I'm really enjoying this so far. I've got it working with SmartThings which means it's working (okay) with Google Home. All five of my RF fans work with this device. I would say signal is sent to those devices correctly 95% of the time. I have found that if I accidentally misclick, it is better if I count to 10 before making the correct choice. Is it perfect? No. But it is extremely helpful. These are things I was ready for, but some other buyers might not be ready for. This is an RF controlling device. While it makes some devices a little easier to use it does not make those devices "smart". If you have someone who likes to use the remotes a lot, the app will show incorrect settings for those devices that have changed with the remote. This does not bug me, but for someone who is not ready for that, make sure you understand what this device is first. I highly recommend Bond. This is an affordable way to use what you already have. Less devices in the landfill for replacements, and a pretty great way to control my devices from my phone. It was easy to add this fan to a location where a porch light was no longer needed. I purchased a 3 way switch and connected inside so that we can change the speed with a wall switch. I did not add any additional wiring, so it does not oscillate. However, it is mounted in a 9x9 ft space, so that is not a problem. It is very comparable in sound and pressure to the same desk top fan that I use in my bedroom. This is a nice fan!!! The description is not accurate, it has no light. It was not a surprise for me because I got a description from the Broan site using the fan's code AE50110DCS. I had AE50110DC and wanted to replace it with an automatic fan that turns on automatically when humidity is high and works for a specific period of time (it has a timer, a duration is up to 60 min). The fan allows the user to select a speed 50, 80 or 110 CFM. My previous fan (AE50110DC) had a permanent speed of 110. AE50110DCS at 110 makes the same level of noise as AE50110DC at 110. AE50110DCS at 80 is a little bit quieter, just a little bit. Therefore, I selected the speed 50 CFM which is really quiet for me. I set a humidity selector at 70% and a timer at 60 min. I know that for a 4PC bathroom the speed of 50 CFM is not enough but I keep a door to the bathroom open all the time and the fan will run for 60 minutes, then check humidity again and start a new 60-min cycle if humidity is above 70%. I guess it should be enough, time will show. I had a choice to buy a bigger Panasonic fan which is as quiet at 110 CFM as this fan at 50 CFM, but decided to use a fan with the same dimensions as my old one.
