I like the product, not the customer service. The decals are adorable for my grandson's bedroom walls. Two of the large pieces (the cliffs) had blood droplets on them. When I contacted customer service for a refund or replacement, I was only offered 25%. Considering two large pieces were damaged I expected 50% but the customer service rep wouldn't budge.
