Purchased open box. Received cooler packaged horizontally. Fortunately, it works. No visible serial number on the external packaging. Also not a problem due to Wayfair, but reversing the door is nearly impossible and is still a work in progress. The small plastic filler/caps are extremely hard to remove. The caps breakoff leaving the filler in the threads. I only got 2 of the six out whole. I will need to somehow remove the plastic inserts without damaging the threads for the replacement screws.. Very tight tolerances, to install, but absolutely stunning. We have taken one star off because the water pressure on the bidet is not as strong as we are used to, but it still does the job. This wine fridge works great! I like that there are the light color choices. The wood shelves are nice. I prefer them over wire or metal racks. My one issue that I knew before I ordered is that it doesnt have full extension shelves. That makes it hard to see the bottles on the back half of the shelf. Beautiful fridge that keeps drinks perfectly cold. I love the white gold design — it looks very elegant and adds a nice touch to the space. The size is great and it holds plenty of beverages. The only downside is that the interior light turns off when the door is closed, and there doesn’t appear to be a way to keep the light on for display. It would be nice if there were an option to leave the light on so you could see the drinks through the glass door. The one thing I hope they’ll change on future models.
