Love this stool, however somehow the fur underneath the protective plastic wrap must have gotten wet. The fur underneath was very stiff and all stuck together? Not soft at all. I took a soft vent brush to unstick the fur. Took quite awhile working carefully not to pull out any fur. But not sure how the fur got so stiff and stuck together?
