Out of the box, this griddle will NOT fit a Prestige 450, but I found it was easily altered to fit. As it is designed to fit the larger surface area of a Prestige 500, the rear spacer needs 1/4” cut off each side, and a small notch cut (see attached photos). The griddle is also too large front to back, but a couple of self-tapping screws along the back edge and inside the front lip of the barbecue prevent any movement. This griddle is really well made. Being stainless steel, there’s no seasoning needed - just clean with water after use to steam clean any food residue off. I recently added the 700 series duel range top burner to my outdoor kitchen set up and its been amazing. the stainless steel design looks sleek and high end and its incredibly useful for cooking sides, sauces, or boiling water while the main grill is in use. The burners heat up quickly, the ignition works flawlessly and the illuminated control knobs are a really nice touch at night. it feels durable, well built and blends perfectly with the rest of my bbq.
