We are used to cooking with stainless cookware and the only usable burner for cooking on lower heat is the simmer burner. The others are just too intense. The grates are really heavy duty. It still works great, but I wish it wash deeper so it could hold more items, and I have to use a stool to reach the top shelf. Love the look, keeps temp stable. Doors are a bit light and don’t close all the way by itself. It will beep if left open. Counter depth is nice and pretty spacious.
