I purchased this same item 5 years ago for a rental cabin and am purchasing it again for me next one. I didn't want to pay a lot for it, but also wanted it to look good and last, so chose this due to the good reviews. When I had the first one installed the plumber said he had never heard of the brand but was surprised at how good it was. The original brushed chrome still looks beautiful. Haven’t installed yet, but these were a great value on sale! I’ve seen some places charging 80 per light and the cheapest other option was still 40. Since I have to buy a large volume of these, a savings of 5-10 per light realllllly adds up! I bought this chandelier and the matching 5-light pendant for another space. It's been about a year and they've held up well. They were professionally installed so I can't attest to ease of installation but they are dimmable, which was a must-have feature for me. The clear portions feel like acrylic but the chandeliers do not have a cheap look to them.
