Product is good but has a couple issues. The fabric is soft, the color is accurate and overall I like the loveseat. However, be aware that the reclining mechanism is spring loaded so can be difficult to close when sitting in the recline position and there is no positive locking of the reclining position. It stays in place by your weight being in the chair. Also, to relcline fully you need a lot of space behind the recliner. The center section doesn't move with the recliner so that's another drawback. I mean, not a big issue but does block conversation between the seats. Overall, I probably would have opted for a different model with power had I known these issues.. C. Armuchee, GA. I did a lot of research when I was looking to replace our 18 year old electric recliner. I am beyond happy with this recliner I decided to purchase! I got it in 2 days in 3 manageable boxes via Fed Ex! My husband was able to easily assemble it in less than 30 minutes! The color (beige) and the material (faux leather that is soft and better than leather) is beautiful! It truly brightens up our family room next to a dark brown couch! I was so excited to try it! First off, it is extremely comfortable! They even gave you a wonderful lumbar pillow but I didn't need it! It's a nice accent when you're not in the chair! :) The massage features are outstanding! You have 4 positions and 3 modes with 3 speeds! It is not very loud- which is what I was concerned about with our 16 year old miniature poodle! She didn't even hear it! You can set a timer for it which is fabulous! Second, the heating feature in the lumbar area is excellent! Third, the cup holders are great as I can now have my drink on my chair instead of on the floor! Fourth, the USB outlets on the side of the chair are a fantastic addition to this extraordinary chair! Lastly, there are 2 pockets in the front of the chair and 2 on the sides of the chair! Perfect for your phone, glasses, a book... They truly thought of everything when they made this chair!!! I highly recommend this chair to anyone that wants a comfortable and beautiful recliner! Took a long time to get here but it looks nice, it’s very firm and installation was quick. For 3K I would think power recliners should be standard however, power can break and then you can’t recline so I’m okay with manual. I like the cup holders and the storage cubby in the loveseat. Because it’s firm, it won’t look worn out as quickly. The texture feels like soft leather and it fits into a slightly smaller space (our living room isn’t very big). I wish the leg recliner was a bit longer. I’m 5’4 so I’m not tall and the leg rest comes up to mid-calf versus under the heel. Overall, I give it 5 stars and think it was worth the few week wait..
