It has two round holes, one above and one below, but my pipe was positioned in the middle. We had to carefully cut open the area between the two holes to make it fit. Love the toilet. Functions well and looks great. Will be sooo much easier to clean. The hookup was pretty difficult and took my contractors more time than they projected for, which ended up costing us more money. But overall, we’re happy. Just prepare for more time to connect it..
