I was impressed with the quality of the materials and the instructions were pretty clear. I put mine on top of of a concrete pad. Also did a row of cinder blocks, which required a little customizing where the door fit in the wall. Very tight tolerances, to install, but absolutely stunning. We have taken one star off because the water pressure on the bidet is not as strong as we are used to, but it still does the job. This cedar shed is perfect as an additional bunk house/office for our vacation/remote work location. My contractor, who assembled it had a few issues as the directions are pretty basic. So pay attention to part numbers as the illustrated plans indicate what goes where. It arrives on two pallets with wall panels that already have the siding attached and roof panels already shingled. He bought pressure treated 2x4s and better plywood for the base/floor since the cabin didn't come with all the pieces of flooring needed (super annoying) and making 6 or 8 joist boxes is kinda silly but due to fitting everything on pallets, that's necessary from a manufacturing standpoint. So we improvised. In these photos, we had painted the floor already, preparing for laying the final flooring. We will be insulating and adding a nice whitewashed paneling for the interior walls. We may run an extension cord out there or actually run power properly. Not sure yet. My contractor billed me 30 hours for assembly and he worked alone. Great shed! First, these doors are nice and solid. A little on the heavy side, so I am glad I wasnt installing these on my own. They are primed to a gloss so have to be sanded before painting, which is a little annoying, but it is what it is. They are not pre-hung, so you will not get any frame panels with them and as a result, the hinges dont sit recessed. When I read no hardware, I understood no hinges, handles, etc. which I was fine with as I had my own, but no frames would have been an issue if I didnt have the ones from the doors that didnt show up from the previous order that was cancelled (different vendor). They were delivered super quick which I appreciated and packed well. They did have some cosmetic issues that were from the factory (not FedEx), but not enough for me to go through the hassle to send them back. It was like each door had at least one nick in it!
