I love these fiber clay urn planters and own several of them to plant my flowers and to elevate mums and luminaries in the fall. The planter has a beautiful exterior design. The base bottom does not have drainage holes which would be fine for indoor or covered patio use. However, I VERY carefully drilled several holes in the base to allow water to drain out since I use them outdoors (3 season use).
