This sliding window lock is constructed of extruded aluminum with a tamper resistant Allen head set screw, and it comes in a white painted finish. very nice match but sadly had to return. My cabinet doors have a beveled edge which prevented each piece of the latch from from meeting flush in the middle. Thankfully, returns are always very easy with Wayfair! I no longer have the latch but am posting a photo of the cabinet doors so you can see that evidently, the doors need to meet flushly ( no bevel ) for the latch to work.
