Impressive product. Very well packaged. Truly solid oak hardwood - no filler pieces. Once assembled, the chairs were completely level and very sturdy. And most importantly - they are comfortable. The assembly instructions are minimal but intuitive. In their language, “concave legs” means the area for the screws that is carved out - the larger hole. I am very pleased with the minimalist elegance of the style. I bought them to pair with a maple oval farm table; the rounded, curved backs and the gold tones in the hardwood suit the table perfectly. I love the chairs! Very comfortable. Perfect for short people, i.e., your feet touch the ground without a problem. I really took a chance on them, buying them sight-unseen. Many of the similar chairs are rated at 250 lbs. seating capacity; these are rated at 330 lbs. -- they feel very sturdy. The chairs are actually Povison brand.
