It also has a button on the side you can push with your foot while standing. Installation was a bit confusing because the instructions talk about installing the toilet flange, but it doesn't include one. I used my old flange which was fine. It includes screws and some plastic mounting brackets that attach the bowl to the flange, which is a bit different than a standard toilet. Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports.
