The lavatory legs are high-quality, but did not adjust to the height that was mentioned in their description. The description said that the legs would adjust to 32 3/4", but they would only properly adjust to the sink bottom being only a maximum of 30 1/2" from the floor. The sink that I used them on, was 31" from the floor, so the escutcheon needed to go farther than the chromed legs until it was only covering the top adapter. We really appreciate the lack of handles sticking out and the refrigerators sleek finish. You do have to be careful not to open both drawers at the same time, or the whole unit will fall forward. It is definitely best to use under a snug countertop between cabinets (we haven't installed our flooring yet, so it doesn't fit snuggly under the countertop yet).
