I received this clock on 4/23/26, installed the batteries per the instructions and it worked perfectly. Two days ago, it just stopped. I replaced the new batteries with new batteries. Ash veneer background is finished in a medium gray stain that enhances the natural grain of the wood. A laser-cut Roman numeral overlay is finished in accenting gold. The center artwork is a laser-cut wooden image of detailed clock gears. The accurate quartz movement uses (1) AA battery (not included).
