Everything was labeled VERY well and instructions were easy to follow (my only complaint was that in 2 sections it makes a point to say particular holes are “facing out”, but the illustration has them facing in). A replacement (from TX) was ordered and arrived not boxed with corner protectors/top and bottom cardboard pieces completely damaged and unusable. A second replacement came (from TX) and arrived in even worse condition (both tops had screws missing and screw holes stripped so won't stay on with screws provided, cracks on all sides, dents, etc.). I asked for a return label so whomever can inspect and see how badly damaged they are coming from TX. Third replacement sent from New Jersey or maybe Virginia- I cannot remember. Arrived in perfect condition like the first did. Customer service could not be better, but I'd call to order this piece with customer service and beg that it comes NOT from Texas. Love the two working ones and recommend 100%... again, if not arriving from Texas! I'm sharing damaged photos of last one sent, but not of two we kept, b/c they fit description perfectly.. Christina. I bought this desk a few years ago & am just now reviewing. Fun fact - I am typing this review from this exact desk. It's looking a bit warn these days, a few scratches in the surface & one banged up spot on the drawer where I have a habit of spinning my chair into. But for a simple home office, it works great. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Don’t mind my basement haha, we have 4 feet of snow and it’s negative 30 degrees out right now so sitting outside isn’t an option unless you want frostbite. This chair is super lightweight, but feels very sturdy. I was able to assemble it by myself so 10/10 for that! It is kind of an awkward size but I like that you can add on to it to make it bigger. It was easy to clean (my cats have made it their new hang out spot). It is also pretty short for a chair, but if you buy the extensions it would make a really nice chaise lounge to read a book on in the summer. It’s firm, but comfortable and supportive.
