Arrived in perfect condition like the first did. Customer service could not be better, but I'd call to order this piece with customer service and beg that it comes NOT from Texas. I've owned my Broil King Pellet for several years and have tried my friend's low-cost smokers and they simply don't compare. The quality difference in the Broil King is superior, I get a reliable cook each time and haven't had any issues. Other reviews mention auger jams but this can be avoided by not overfilling with pellets and removing your excess pellets after cooking - I have friends who run into auger jams on their smokers and its because they forget that the auger is already half loaded from their last cook. The pillows and cushions are like the third the size of the one's shown in the pictures. Without that 2/3 fluffiness it allows no real support when sitting in it. Also, the main back rest doesn't seem very strong either. Creeks every time any weight is put on it. A bit concerning to hear with just one adult sitting, let alone thinking about it supporting three adults.
