Ordered 2 at once. One arrived from New Jersey (?) in perfect condition, but the second shipped from TX never arrived. Customer service has been perfectly helpful for all FIVE (?) calls. A replacement (from TX) was ordered and arrived not boxed with corner protectors/top and bottom cardboard pieces completely damaged and unusable. A second replacement came (from TX) and arrived in even worse condition (both tops had screws missing and screw holes stripped so won't stay on with screws provided, cracks on all sides, dents, etc.). I asked for a return label so whomever can inspect and see how badly damaged they are coming from TX. Third replacement sent from New Jersey or maybe Virginia- I cannot remember. Arrived in perfect condition like the first did. Customer service could not be better, but I'd call to order this piece with customer service and beg that it comes NOT from Texas. Everything was labeled VERY well and instructions were easy to follow (my only complaint was that in 2 sections it makes a point to say particular holes are “facing out”, but the illustration has them facing in). Perfect size! We'd been searching for an L shaped desk with the option to sit/stand for a long while. This one had a couple extra options that we weren't expecting which tipped the scales it's way. The only issue we have with it is the two pieces of the desk are not attached to one another at all. So if your desk is on a smooth surface they'll slide apart easily. I bought this desk a few years ago & am just now reviewing. Fun fact - I am typing this review from this exact desk. It's looking a bit warn these days, a few scratches in the surface & one banged up spot on the drawer where I have a habit of spinning my chair into. But for a simple home office, it works great.
