This is a great little dehumidifier. We got it for our basement because our old one was getting old and starting to have problems. This one is smaller and a lot quieter. We use other Bissell products so we knew we could count on this to work and man did it deliver! I had this desk for 4 years! It has a good amount of surface area and I like the storage cubbies. Not hard to put together. Be aware that the white top surface scratches very easily and even a couple drops of liquid will damage it. This dehumidifier works amazing! We had a humidity issue in our house and this fixed it. This dehumidifier works so well it actually made our smart thermostat send alert that humidity had dropped below normal. You can adjust it to your comfort level and it has a drain that has a tray or it can be drained into a sump pump hole if you have one. Absolutely recommend this to control humidity.. Robin.
