Ordered 2 at once. One arrived from New Jersey (?) in perfect condition, but the second shipped from TX never arrived. Customer service has been perfectly helpful for all FIVE (?) calls. A replacement (from TX) was ordered and arrived not boxed with corner protectors/top and bottom cardboard pieces completely damaged and unusable. A second replacement came (from TX) and arrived in even worse condition (both tops had screws missing and screw holes stripped so won't stay on with screws provided, cracks on all sides, dents, etc.). I asked for a return label so whomever can inspect and see how badly damaged they are coming from TX. Third replacement sent from New Jersey or maybe Virginia- I cannot remember. Arrived in perfect condition like the first did. Customer service could not be better, but I'd call to order this piece with customer service and beg that it comes NOT from Texas. Love the two working ones and recommend 100%... again, if not arriving from Texas! I'm sharing damaged photos of last one sent, but not of two we kept, b/c they fit description perfectly.. Christina. Our client chose this corner tub for his project. It's a beautiful tub however, there are a few challenges that came with it. The overflow drain only came in one color which did not match his shower trim kit (we had to devise a solution for a matching overflow). Originally, I was very hesitant on purchasing this desk because the tabletop is in 4 pieces. I was worried about whether the tops of each piece would be level to each other or if the gaps between the pieces would be uneven or wide. I would have to say, I am very happy with the outcome of this table. tabletop came as smooth as can be. Height range of adjustment on this table is amazing. It can go low enough for my 5 yr. old to work at or tall enough for a 6.5ft man to stand at. Ordered 2 at once. One arrived from New Jersey (?) in perfect condition, but the second shipped from TX never arrived. Customer service has been perfectly helpful for all FIVE (?) calls. A replacement (from TX) was ordered and arrived not boxed with corner protectors/top and bottom cardboard pieces completely damaged and unusable. A second replacement came (from TX) and arrived in even worse condition (both tops had screws missing and screw holes stripped so won't stay on with screws provided, cracks on all sides, dents, etc.). I asked for a return label so whomever can inspect and see how badly damaged they are coming from TX. Third replacement sent from New Jersey or maybe Virginia- I cannot remember. Arrived in perfect condition like the first did. Customer service could not be better, but I'd call to order this piece with customer service and beg that it comes NOT from Texas. Love the two working ones and recommend 100%... again, if not arriving from Texas! I'm sharing damaged photos of last one sent, but not of two we kept, b/c they fit description perfectly.. Christina. First, the finish quality on this tub is very good, looks good. my main concern, and why I did not give it 5 stars is because the specifications and the CAD drawings spec the actual length at 66". However, the length is actually 65-3/4 " at the top of the tub and 65-5/8"at the bottom. This presented a problem requiring one of the end walls to be furred out so that the backerboard and tile installed correctly My rough-in was at 66-1/16" so as to allow the tub to slide in easily if it had been the length shown. I’m giving this desk 4 stars because, while it is very spacious and offers plenty of room to work, I ran into several issues. I consider myself quite handy and enjoy putting furniture together, but the instructions were not the best. Additionally, one of the wooden planks arrived damaged. To make it fit my son’s bedroom layout, I had to reverse the configuration even though the desk isn’t designed to be reversible. Because of this, I had to place the angled plank upside down and couldn’t screw it into the metal frame however, this allowed the damaged part to face downward so it isnt noticeables. I was able to properly screw in the rectangular plank. While the metal frame is very sturdy and the desk provides a great amount of workspace, another downside is that fingerprints show up very easily on the wood.
