Have tried multiple other (less AND more) expensive brands and none of them have the high quality, weighty feeling -- or the water pressure. Plus the customer service at Rohl is first class. I have been looking for a washlet for a long time and I am very glad I settled on this one. It has a ton of features and is the newest replacement version for the k300 I believe.
