After a full month of use all is well so far. We tend to be fairly gentle with our sink and pans (stainless steel) in it while washing. We don’t leave food items sitting in the sink for long periods of time, and have not had any issues with it discoloring/staining. My first worry was will it arrive in one piece. The packaging of the sink was thick foam, fully cushioning it, protecting from bumps and knocks which occur in the normal delivery process. Fits perfectly in the space, no problems occurred in the install. Purchased an older home, gutted the kitchen, thought I’d save some money on an apron front, double sink. The double sink was lighter in weight constructed of thinner material. Had it for 2 years when it was damaged when a 3 qt cast iron Dutch oven pot bumped the bottom of the sink creating a hole. My handiman, said it should have chipped but not have caused a hole in it. The cost of the old one was roughly 250, you get what you pay for. The new sink has been cast from a heavier thicker material. First impression is ‘that sink is HUGE!’ It is 37” across, hard to find a drop in of this size. The included grid helps water flow to the drain and prevents accidental chipping of the sink from dropped dishware.
