This does the job. Perfect for tight bathrooms or not wanting to commit to wall space for the TP dispensing. We couldn’t agree where to hang TP, so this was the next best thing. It’s weighty enough that it doesn’t tip over when you grab TP, but not too heavy that you can move it around the room wherever each person prefers it. Smaller than I wanted it will not hold the towels side by side. If your plug is behind the rack there is not enough room for the towels to hang and its a fight to get them on the rack. Also the rack does not heat as well the only area that heats is where the towel is laying across the bar not just touching it.
