A second replacement came (from TX) and arrived in even worse condition (both tops had screws missing and screw holes stripped so won't stay on with screws provided, cracks on all sides, dents, etc.). I asked for a return label so whomever can inspect and see how badly damaged they are coming from TX. Third replacement sent from New Jersey or maybe Virginia- I cannot remember. Arrived in perfect condition like the first did. Customer service could not be better, but I'd call to order this piece with customer service and beg that it comes NOT from Texas. The pillows and cushions are like the third the size of the one's shown in the pictures. Without that 2/3 fluffiness it allows no real support when sitting in it. Also, the main back rest doesn't seem very strong either. Creeks every time any weight is put on it. A bit concerning to hear with just one adult sitting, let alone thinking about it supporting three adults. I absolutely love this desk! I was looking for something that would be deep enough where I could put monitors and a keyboard and still have space and this desk does just that! The materials feel flimsy overall, and I can't help but question how well this set will hold up through a full season of outdoor use, let alone multiple years. I'm currently debating whether to return it. If you're looking for a set that actually delivers on comfort and durability, I'd suggest spending a little more or looking elsewhere. Desk looks great after about 6 hours of assembly. Good directions though I do recommend using a drill even though the instructions say you only need a screwdriver. The Stone sectional features a 96" left-arm facing sectional piece, an armless loveseat, and a right arm facing chaise. The box border seat cushions and welted inside back cushions are all loose and reversible allowing you to rotate them to prolong the life of the cores as well as the life of the fabric.
