I before I added all the cushions I tide very tight the 2 legs of each unit together with black cording then added the cushions . I am happy with it for the price . It was easy to clean (my cats have made it their new hang out spot). It is also pretty short for a chair, but if you buy the extensions it would make a really nice chaise lounge to read a book on in the summer. It’s firm, but comfortable and supportive. I'm currently debating whether to return it. If you're looking for a set that actually delivers on comfort and durability, I'd suggest spending a little more or looking elsewhere.
