I like the set. Looks good on my countertop but most importantly very functional. As I've read in another review, I have a few knife scars, but it doesn't interfere with the functionality. The finish is not peeling and I don't feel that food safety is an issue as the cuts aren't deep and no visible fragments are getting into my food (should that happen I'd discard immediately). I give a 5 stars for this 5” serrated utility knife because it’s well made and sturdy. Meanwhile it is not a knife “go to “ for me because the distance between the teeth are too wide. I tried cutting veggies with it and l don’t like how it cuts or slice them. But I know if the serrated teeth were closer it would be useful to me.
