The only grip I have is that the burners do not turn down enough and the wok burner makes a strange humming sound at any level above 5 when any pan is placed above it. We are used to cooking with stainless cookware and the only usable burner for cooking on lower heat is the simmer burner. The others are just too intense. The grates are really heavy duty. We purchased this range as part of a major kitchen renovation. This installation was completed only a couple of week ago, but thus far we like the unit. Of course, the lack of a oven pre-heat display (typical on most pro ranges) willl take some time to get used to, but everything works well for cooking great meals. Bought this model for a kitchen remodel for our house. The oven burners are great! The super hot single burner is great for wok cooking. The griddle and included roasting pan are great and really handy. The only complaints I have are one burner regulator stopped working, an oven knob will spin and spin without hitting the stop detent, and if you clean too hard you will rub the burner finish off.
