I’ve grown to hate appliances with overly complicated computers in them. They constantly break and never work well. I love that this stove only has the features you need for cooking. The burners work very well and are true to the temperatures you select. I used to have Cafe ranges and they all would get way too hot and were more difficult to control. This Kucht range is more true and is much easier to cook with. You can still get things scorching hot if you want, but you can also gently simmer. One thing I don’t like is that the broiler is only down the center of the oven. I often finish dishes off under the broiler to get things browned quickly on top. The broiler feature will only work on things near the center so you can’t get an even broil over a casserole for instance. Thankfully I have a second oven or this would be a big issue for me. The other slight issue is that parts of the exterior get quite warm when the oven on. Especially near the bottom. Not great when young kids are in the house. I waited to review my range until I got to use it for a bit. So far this is the best oven I've used. The different size burners are very helpful, they emit a good amount of gas to heat the pots quickly (use thicker pots) . Just installed the range. Haven't had a chance to cook on it yet. The burner selection is awesome! The only downside so far that I have found is the oven depth is a little shorter than I would like. After looking at options that were operated by your smart phone (what could go wrong there?) and had more lights and whistles than a Christmas tree the stylish simplicity of the Kucht was clearly right for us. I’ve grown to hate appliances with overly complicated computers in them. They constantly break and never work well. I love that this stove only has the features you need for cooking. The burners work very well and are true to the temperatures you select. I used to have Cafe ranges and they all would get way too hot and were more difficult to control. This Kucht range is more true and is much easier to cook with. You can still get things scorching hot if you want, but you can also gently simmer. One thing I don’t like is that the broiler is only down the center of the oven. I often finish dishes off under the broiler to get things browned quickly on top. The broiler feature will only work on things near the center so you can’t get an even broil over a casserole for instance. Thankfully I have a second oven or this would be a big issue for me. The other slight issue is that parts of the exterior get quite warm when the oven on. Especially near the bottom. Not great when young kids are in the house. I’ve grown to hate appliances with overly complicated computers in them. They constantly break and never work well. I love that this stove only has the features you need for cooking. The burners work very well and are true to the temperatures you select. I used to have Cafe ranges and they all would get way too hot and were more difficult to control. This Kucht range is more true and is much easier to cook with. You can still get things scorching hot if you want, but you can also gently simmer. One thing I don’t like is that the broiler is only down the center of the oven. I often finish dishes off under the broiler to get things browned quickly on top. The broiler feature will only work on things near the center so you can’t get an even broil over a casserole for instance. Thankfully I have a second oven or this would be a big issue for me. The other slight issue is that parts of the exterior get quite warm when the oven on. Especially near the bottom. Not great when young kids are in the house. We downsized and the new home had an electric range - unacceptable and useless. After extensive research we selected Kucht and could not be more happy. Besides the amazing value and quality, customer service was beyond expectations at every point of the process. You really felt like part of the family and could tell people loved their jobs. After looking at options that were operated by your smart phone (what could go wrong there?) and had more lights and whistles than a Christmas tree the stylish simplicity of the Kucht was clearly right for us. I love to cook but you need the right tools - starting with this one. Once we got it installed I felt like taking a week of work and doing nothing but cooking.
