I waited to review my range until I got to use it for a bit. So far this is the best oven I've used. The different size burners are very helpful, they emit a good amount of gas to heat the pots quickly (use thicker pots) . We purchased this range as part of a major kitchen renovation. This installation was completed only a couple of week ago, but thus far we like the unit. Of course, the lack of a oven pre-heat display (typical on most pro ranges) willl take some time to get used to, but everything works well for cooking great meals. Bought this model for a kitchen remodel for our house. The oven burners are great! The super hot single burner is great for wok cooking. The griddle and included roasting pan are great and really handy. The only complaints I have are one burner regulator stopped working, an oven knob will spin and spin without hitting the stop detent, and if you clean too hard you will rub the burner finish off. I absolutely love this model. Cooking and baking have been very consistent. The design is sleek and clean. The controls are easy to use and the features are wonderful. Bakes so well, too. It preheats quickly and stays at an even temperature throughout. Mine is convert to LP and I have had no problems with either cooking or baking. I really like the way I can tap on the oven door, and it lights up inside without having to open the door more importantly the glass is crustal clear so I can clear see inside. Overall a good quality stove, has a major issue with center burner. The burner has been replaced a minimum of 5 times. The 6th burner is in the process of failure.
